What is your return policy? Unused, undamaged products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective. Return shipping costs are borne by you, except for defective products or order errors.
How long does it take to receive a refund? Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, with processing times varying by your bank or payment provider.

Warranty & Care

Do your products come with a warranty? We offer a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or modifications. Defective products can be replaced, refunded, or credited at our discretion.
