This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging travel essentials, including luggage straps, storage bags, and travel bottles. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we aim to make the return and exchange process simple and transparent.
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage caused by improper care will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or with a manufacturing error. Defective products are defined as items with flaws in materials or craftsmanship that affect their functionality, not normal wear and tear from regular use.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined on the website. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for packaging and shipping the item(s) back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or we made an error in your order (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect size). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages during transit. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed and confirmed.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will verify eligibility. If approved, exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost (excluding international shipping fees for international orders). For returns, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of inspection.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable discounts or promotions. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
For defective products, we offer a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will, at our discretion, replace the item, issue a full refund, or provide a store credit. To claim a warranty, please provide photos of the defective item and its packaging to support your request.
International returns and exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria, but customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning items to us. These charges will not be refunded, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria. If an item is returned without prior approval or a valid RA number, it may be rejected or delayed in processing.
Please allow additional time for returns and exchanges during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed, your exchange shipped, or your refund issued.
